The first single malt release from Kingsbarns distillery, distilled using locally sourced barley from the Easy Neuk of Fife, the home of this young Lowland distillery. 'Dream to Dram' has been matured for 3 years in a combination of first fill ex-bourbon barrels and recharred wine casks (shaved and toasted) before being bottled at 46% vol. Exciting times for Kingsbarns distillery and also for us, as it's a location in which we spent a lot of our time growing up, it's great to watch the distillery grow.
