The 2017 Edition Yamazaki Mizunara Oak Cask, an 18 year old Japanese single malt whisky, exclusively matured in Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. As you'd expect, beautiful packaging, the wood used to encase the bottle has been crafted from cask wood used in the ageing of Suntory whisky and the handcrafted label has been made from traditional Japanese mulberry Echizen paper. A very small proportion of whisky within is said to exceed 50 years of maturation.
