Tasting Notes
Caol Ila 10 Year Old - 2010 | Provenance (Douglas Laing)
Nose: Distinctly maritime with sea salt coated smoked ham, burning bonfire embers and rock pools
Palate: Really oceanic with a sweeter quality, moving to gentle smoke and Scottish barley
Finish: Immediately detect a big peat style developing to oak and leather with blueberries and black pepper (CGL)
