A new blended Scotch whisky from independent bottlers, Thompson Bros, created in celebration of sherry maturation and inspired by sherry forward blends made in early years. Unpeated single malt and single grain whiskies have been combined and rested then slowly diluted to a very drinkable 46% vol. Mainly crafted from sherry matured single malts, with a small proportion of grain. Another delightful and well priced offering from the good folk at Dornoch distillery.
