Rendezvous from High West Distillery, Utah. A combination of two straight rye whiskies; the first a straight 16-year-old with a mashbill containing 80% rye, 10% corn, 10% barley malt, the second a straight 6-year-old with a mashbill containing 95% rye and 5% barley malt.
Rendezvous was the annual summer gathering of mountain men to exchange pelts for supplies.
