A 1984 vintage Bas Armagnac from the excellent Baron de Lustrac. Matured in large French oak barrels, 1984 vintage Armagnac is said to be rather rare as the vineyards suffered heavy frosts that year. It also happens to be the same year that the original Apple Macintosh personal computer went on sale! Nothing to do with Armagnac but interesting all the same. A beautifully presented Bas Armagnac, which would make for an excellent birthday or anniversary gift.
