The Botanist, an Islay Dry Gin from Bruichladdich distillery, created from 31 botanicals, with 22 of those foraged locally on Islay and distilled slowly in a Lomond still named Ugly Betty! We don't stock many Gins (actually this was the first) but we couldn't resist this beauty (or Betty), as it's rather excellent, it's even bottled at 46%!
