The Mossburn Signature Casks Series is a range of blended malts created to explore the characteristics from the different regions of Scotland. This second release takes single malt from the Islands of Scotland, initially matured in American oak then given a second maturation in specially coopered Mossburn casks created from staves from first fill bourbon barrels and heavily toasted virgin European oak.
