Another fantastic single malt release from Elixir Distillers for the excellent Reserve Casks series. Distilled at an 'undisclosed' distillery on Orkney in 2008 and matured in cask for 13 years then bottled in 2022 at a very drinkable 48% vol. There's not many distilleries on Orkney, so we'll let you do the guessing on what distillery this may have been distilled at. 4 casks used to produce Parcel No.8, 2 sherry butts and 2 ex-bourbon barrels.
