The latest Paul Launois bottling sees unpeated Ardnamurchan single malt re-racked into Paul Launois wine barriques after 5 years maturation in first fill bourbon casks. 12 wine barriques along with 1 bourbon casks used in total, filled to bottle at 57.3% vol, unchill filtered and at natural colour. The AD / speaks for itself, it's one of the best core range drams around.
