A delightful single cask Bimber, independently bottled by Abbey Whisky for The Rare Casks series. As soon as we sampled this stunning cask we had to bottle it. Lovely and clean, full of flavour, only 178 bottles have been filled from single Oloroso cask #125.1/9A. Another stellar label design by the talented Peter Herron, which can only be truly appreciated in person, with dram in hand!
