A 17 year old Bowmore from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, distilled in 1997 and aged in a refill ex-sherry butt. SMWS 3.251 - 'Engineer's work-bench in a boatyard' (got to love SMWS cask names!) is one of only 553 bottles released at cask strength, 55.4% vol.
