Distilled 13th July 1995 and left to mature for over 18 years in a 1st Fill Oloroso sherry butt. Hand filled straight from the barrel, using a traditional valinch at 49.4% vol. No filter was used when filling the bottle so expect some sediment at the bottom! Each bottle is presented with it's own hessian bag and certificate of authenticity.
