Another fantastic Valinch bottling from Bruichladdich distillery, aged in a single sherry butt for 14 years. Distilled in 2002, Valinch 27 has been dedicated to Warehouseman Jay Doherty and was matured in cask no R09/190-003 until 2017. Bottled by hand, straight from cask during the Feis Ile 2017, 910 bottles were made available at an impressive 60.6% vol.
