A peated single malt Scotch whisky matured at the Caol Ila distillery in 2009 and matured for 9 years in total, with time being spent in a cask that previously held luscious Pedro Ximénez sherry. Bottled by North Start Spirits for Cask Series 009, 344 bottles filled at full strength.
