An 8 year old single malt from John Crabbie & Co, created at an undisclosed Highland distillery ahead of the opening of the new distillery in Leith, Edinburgh. The history of John Crabbie & Co goes back as far as the early 1800's; if the distillery opens ahead of others planned in the area, it'll be the first new distillery opened in Edinburgh for over 100 years!
