The Winter 2011 Daftmill bottling, distilled using Publican barley grown in the 43ac field and harvested by John and Sandy on the 28th and 29th August 2009. Crafted from a combination of 27 first fill ex-bourbon barrels filled December 2011, then left to matured in the upper level of the Daftmill dunnage warehouse until bottling in 2024 at 46% vol.
We're always so excited to hear of a new Daftmill release, so can't wait as always to try this latest seasonal release.
