Released as part of the Diplomático Distillery Collection, this Venezuelan rum was created using sugar cane molasses, distilled in a Barbet continuous still then matured in American white oak barrels. The Barbet Column distillation system originated in France in 1959 and produces a distillate with a strong fruity profile.
