Finglassie 'Lomond Smoke', a heavily peated single malt distilled at the Inchdairnie distillery, Fife and initially matured in American oak then finished in a cask that previously held sweet Sauternes wine. 264 bottles filled from cask 411 for the excellent Cooper's Choice series.
