An unpeated distillation, initially matured in first fill bourbon barrels then finished for 5 months in first fill Bordeaux red wine casks, from the Medoc region, France. An exciting festival release, bottled at cask strength, 56.1% vol.

Nose: Crushed red berries, floral notes of rose and violet with heather honey with maritime breeze.
Taste: Opens on a honeyed sweetness with vibrant strawberry and apple, lime citrus and toasted oak vanilla.
Finish: Long with gentle warming spice of cinnamon and aniseed.
