A delightful single malt Glen Spey, finished in Côte Rôtie wine casks for 3 years. Distilled in 2009 and matured for over 12 years in total before being bottled in 2021 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseurs Choice series.
Côte Rôtie has some of the oldest vineyards in France and is famed for full-bodied, richly coloured red wines. 'Sweet raspberry flavours compliment soft orange and toasted oak.'
