The seventh batch of the tremendous cask strength single malt from GlenAllachie distillery. Matured for 10 years in a combination of PX and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of virgin oak and Rioja casks. GlenAllachie cask strength batch 7 has been bottled at 56.8% vol, lashings of dark chocolate, figs and heather honey, with raisins, cinnamon, plums and hints of orange zest.
