A new and exciting UK Exclusive from GlenAllachie distillery, released as part of their Wood Collection series. Matured for 12 years in total with some time spent in specially selected hogshead casks, which have added luscious notes of ripe peach, caramel sauce and stem ginger on GlenAllachie's, honey forward spirit that they produce. Sauternes desert wine is made in the Bordeaux region of France, with the grapes going through a fascinating process called Botrytis cinerea, aka noble rot, which dehydrates the grapes and concentrates the sugars within.
Launched in 2024, specially selected for the UK market, bottled at 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Tropical fruits, heather honey and baking spices, followed by demerara sugar, coconut and marmalade, with citrus notes, caramel and ice cream on the finish.
