Three single casks from 1992 released as part of Batch 16 from GlenDronach distillery. A Highland single malt Scotch whisky, matured in cask 334 (sherry butt) for 25 years, then bottled at cask strength, 58.5% vol. An outturn of 592 bottles.
Tasting Notes
GlenDronach Cask 334 Batch 16 - Producer Tasting Notes
Appearance: Rich mahogany gold.
Nose: Stone fruit, fine leather and morello cherry cake with a trace of cigar box with piquante Valencia orange oil and rolling tobacco.
Palate: Sip sherry-laced fruit wine gums, and smooth rolling tobacco leaf with traces of coal dust. Savour lingering sherry and warm leather, and a fine cigar.
