The first bottling in The Legacy Series from Glengoyne distillery, released in honour of Cochrane Cartwright, the legendary distillery manager who is said to have transformed the distillery by slowing the stills and introducing sherry cask maturation to Glengoyne distillery. The liquid inside Chapter One has been matured in first fill European oak Oloroso sherry casks and bottled un-chillfiltered at 48% vol.
