An exciting new release from North Star Spirits, distilled April 2007 at The Glentauchers distillery and matured for 11 years, originally in a refill bourbon hogshead, then finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. Only 288 bottles of this single malt Scotch whisky were bottled May 2018 at 58.9% vol.
