Tasting Notes
Highland Park 1989 Connoisseurs Choice Producer Notes
Aroma: Delicate Sherry aromas swirl around red apples glazed with sticky brown sugar, layered with delicate herbal undertones, accentuated by subtle floral notes.
Taste: Intense sweetness coats the palate with bursts of freshly cracked black pepper. Warming cinnamon flavours begin to emerge, with dustings of icing sugar, leading into clove with a slightly drying grassy edge.
Finish: Full and long; sweetness evolves into a lingering fresh menthol edge.
