The 9th Edition of 100% Islay from Kilchoman distillery has been distilled from the 2007 and 2009 barley crops, then matured in ex-bourbon barrels for over 9 years. What makes this release so special is that each part of the process (grown, distilled, matured and bottled) has been done at the distillery itself!
