The 4th release in the Founders Cask series by Kilchoman distillery, with the 2021 edition being picked by James Wills. Distilled from Publican barley grown at Rockside Farm, then matured for 10 years in an Oloroso sherry hogshead. With the barley grown at the distillery itself, this is a 100% Islay Barley release, only 322 bottles filled at cask strength, 54.4% vol.
