This single cask release from Kilchoman distillery is rather historic and special as it was the first official Feis Ile bottling from Kilchoman! The distillery was founded in 2005 but when tasting the spirit from an early age, you knew Kilchoman had a bright future ahead, can you believe it's nearly 20 years old? Distilled 22nd May 2007, matured in a fresh bourbon barrel then filled to bottle 22nd May 2010. 258 bottles only, filled at natural cask strength, 62.2% vol.
N.B - This bottle was part of a private collection, the item listed could be the only one we have in stock. If you require further images, please just get in touch.
