Two very special single casks released as part of The Comparison Series from Kilchoman distillery, launched Spring 2021. This unique offering from Kilchoman was created to showcase the different qualities from single casks produced at the distillery. To enjoy this series as it's been designed, each single cask should be enjoyed side by side, so this is how we'll be selling this duo.
Single cask #719 was distilled in 2012 using the 2011 harvest of publican malt grown at the distillery, peated to 20PPM, so very much a 100% Islay release! Cask #726 was distilled from Port Ellen malt, peated to a level of 50PPM, both have been matured in high quality bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace for 8 years. Both casks have been bottled at cask strength.
