Doesn't get much better than this, what a way to end the year from one of our favourite independents, Signatory! 'Topical Fruit Edition' is a very, very special mystery single malt that's been aged for 45 years in 2nd fill Oloroso sherry butts, then bottled at cask strength, un-chillfiltered, natural colour then bottled into the luxury Ibisco decanter. We've not been told what distillery this comes from but the tasting notes might give a few clues away? Any guesses?
