North Star Spirits have bottled some excellent Orkney drams over the years and this looks like another belter. Released as part of Cask Series 024, this exciting new single malt was distilled January 2007 at an undisclosed distillery on the Isle of Orkney and matured for 17 years. Bottled from a fresh Oloroso sherry hogshead, only 302 bottles of this single malt Scotch whisky were bottled May 2024 at 57.9% vol, un-chillfiltered and natural colour.
