Distilled at a secret distillery on the Isle of Orkney, Skara Brae, a single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2005 and matured for 12 years in a single bourbon barrel. Released as part of The Cooper's Choice series from The Vintage Malt Whisky Co and named after Skara Brae, a stone built Neolithic settlement, located on the Bay of Skaill on the west coast of Orkney.
