A rare single cask release from The Cardrona distillery New Zealand, 'Just Hatched' has been bottled from some of the very first casks laid down at the distillery. Single bourbon cask #285 was bottled at only 3 years and bottled at natural cask strength, 64.2% vol - 'Cracked creme brûlée, sweetened with borage flower honey'.
