'Ellenstown Islay', an undisclosed 10 year old single cask whisky bottling from Islay. Produced and bottled by Marshall's Whiskies, Edinburgh and filled to bottle non chill filtered and natural colour. This is a fantastic, old independent release, which was rumoured by some to be a 10 year old Ardbeg but never confirmed officially as far as we know... Regardless of it's original birthplace, it's excellent and very drinkable, even at 58% vol.
