Released as part of the Exploration Rum Series from MacNair's Boutique House of Spirits, this exciting new unpeated Rum release has been crafted from spirit sourced from Jamaican Rum distillery, Clarendon. A pot still Rum which was fully matured at GlenAllachie distillery, initially in combination of American and French oak casks at 86% ABV, then transferred to similar casks at a strength of 69% ABV then finally expertly blended by Billy Walker resulting in a fruity, complex and rich Rum.

Layers of honey, pineapple and plantains, with dried banana chips, grapefruit and cinnamon.
