This latest Aultmore single malt Scotch whisky release from independent Scotch whisky bottlers, Thompson Bros has been crafted by combining two, 2008 rye barrel matured Aultmore casks along with 1/3 of an Oloroso seasoned Aultmore octave. Bottled in 2024 at 48.5% vol, without chill-filtration with the superb artwork designed by KMG.

Palate
Haribo eggs, bright and fizzy, wood spice, manzanilla, chilli peppers, Scottish summer.
Finish
Spicy and mouthcoating with medium length.
