The 100 proof series from independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory offers great value for very high quality drams. The 28th edition was distilled in 2014 at the Caol Ila distillery and matured for 10 years in a combination of 1st fill and refill Oloroso sherry butts then bottled at the Edradour distillery at 57.1% vol, un-chillfiltered and without any additional colouring.
