The Spring 2011 (the sixth release) from Kilchoman distillery and as with previous drams they've produced yet another great tasting dram. A blend of 3 and 4 year old single malt whisky matured in a combination of refill and fresh bourbon barrels with the 4 year old finished in Oloroso sherry butts for just over a month.
