A well aged single cask Ledaig, distilled at the Tobermory distillery 8th November 2005 and matured for 19 years in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt. Bottled by Independent Scotch whisky bottlers, Signatory on 11th November 2024 at natural cask strength, 54.1% vol. A 'Symington's Choice' release, only 593 bottles filled from cask #9000158, natural colour and un-chillfiltered.
