Turntable Spirits, a new blending house launched April 2023 by two brothers with rich experience within the whisky industry. For each release there's been no compromise, with a real emphasis on using very high quality casks (some well aged whisky) along with clear transparency on the liquid used. We were lucky enough to sample this trio of drams and can confirm they're all excellent.
Turntable Spirits Track 03 - Purple Haze has been expertly blended using the following components.
Craigellachie Oloroso Sherry Butt (42%)
Balmenach Pedro Ximenez Sherry Puncheon (44%)
Invergordon Ex-Sherry Barrel (14%)
Rested after blend for a minimum of 3 months, Purple Haze is an un-peated dram, bottled at a very moreish, 46% vol.
