Two very special bottles released by Ardbeg for this year’s Feis Ile festival celebrations.
Both are 10 year old single casks, taken from two, newly toasted, oak hogshead barrels.
We have been lucky enough to taste both of these drams just a few days ago with Michael Heads, Distillery Manager at Ardbeg, and what great whiskies these are. It’s amazing how they can taste so different from one and other, considering that these both come from the same distillation, matured side by side in the same warehouse, and in similar sourced barrels.
Both of these bottles sold out within hours of going on sale.
Each bottle is signed by Distillery Manager Michael Heads.
