A very special bottle released by Ardbeg for this year’s Feis Ile festival celebrations.
A 10 year old single cask, taken from a newly toasted, oak hogshead barrels.
We have been lucky enough to taste this dram just a few days ago with Michael Heads, Distillery Manager at Ardbeg, and what great whisky it is. It’s amazing that this whisky can taste so different from cask No. 1190 , considering that they both came from the same distillation, matured side by side in the same warehouse, and in similar sourced barrels.
This bottle as well as Cask 1190 sold out within hours of going on sale.
Each bottle is signed by Distillery Manager Michael Heads.
