Peat meets sherry with this delightful Speyside malt from Benromach distillery. A small batch release distilled in 2014 using the finest of Scottish barley with a peat smoke level of 57PPM then finished in first fill Sherry hogsheads. Bottled in 2023 at 46% vol, sweet vanilla and stewed fruit aromas with citrus and Summer berries.

Appealing cinnamon and ginger aromas with rich dark chocolate giving way to soft demerara sugar. Seville orange peel with sweet smoke.
Palate
Cocoa powder and sweet, creamy honeycomb accompany stewed red berries. Subtle vanilla and cracked black pepper lead to toasted almonds.
Finish
A full finish with Morello cherry, peat smoke and sweetness.
