The 2011 vintage Islay barley from Bruichladdich distillery, an unpeated single malt Scotch whisky distilled from barley grown on the local farms on Islay. Matured in a combination of fresh bourbon and second and third fill sweet white wine casks, this latest Islay barley release has been bottled at 50% vol.
