Bruichladdich Octomore 08.1, an 8 year old single malt Scotch whisky, produced from 100% Scottish Barley grown in 2007, peated to 167PPM, then distilled in 2008. Matured in first fill American oak casks from Buffalo Trace, Clermont Springs, Four Roses, Heaven Hill & Jack Daniels, then filled to bottle in 2017 at a tame 59.3% vol.
