A 10 year old Caol Ila, distilled 8th December 2004 and aged in 1st fill & refill sherry butts. Bottled by Gordon & MacPhail, February 2015 for their cask strength series of malts.

Sweet cured meats with hints of pineapple, kiwi and ripe banana. The palate has passion fruit, pear and bonfire ember.
