A single cask release from Dornoch distillery, which was distilled, matured and bottled all in Dornoch! Distilled 26th January 2018 using Plummage Archer barley and brewers (C) yeast then matured for 4 years in cask #54, a 100L ex-Bourbon cask. Only 178 bottles of this beautifully presented whisky release were filled March 2022 at 55.5% vol.
