Another exciting single cask release from Dornoch distillery. Distilled 28th August 2017 using Plumage Archer barley and brewers yeast then matured for 5 years in cask #53, a first fill bourbon octave. Only 72 bottles of this beautifully presented whisky release were filled 1st September 2022 at 55.91% vol. Artwork by Gavin Ryan Thomson.
